Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and are happy to offer exchanges where appropriate.
Each item is handcrafted specifically for your order. Orders are processed every Friday at 6:00 PM (UK time). For example, if you place an order on a Tuesday, production of your item will begin on the following Friday.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the processing date for your handcrafted order to be produced and delivered.

2. Orders
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

- The information you provide is accurate.
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.
3. Products
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
We may make minor changes to products where necessary to comply with legal requirements or improve the product.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices include UK VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges, which are shown at checkout.
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and other payment methods available at checkout.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Orders will normally be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance unless otherwise agreed.
Risk in the products passes to you when delivery is completed at the address provided.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by you, additional delivery charges may apply.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Most Bluxstar products are made to order.
Because of this, we do not generally offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK consumer law.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at bluxstarclothing@mail.com within 14 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or other evidence before offering a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges, refunds, store credit, or future orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of our policies, or misuse of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, graphics, images, and text, remains the property of Bluxstar Clothing Limited or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, or business losses resulting from the use of our products.

Promotional codes remain the property of Bluxstar Clothing Limited.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
